How do I track and make changes to my shipping address?

You can track your parcel(s) and request changes to your shipping address using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email or contact us via support.startrekwines.com. If your order has processed, there is a $20 per package redirect/rerout

How do I cancel my order?

Please note that once our warehouse has prepared an order for shipping, it cannot be canceled. If time allows with the carrier, we may be able to redirect/reroute your package back to our warehouse for a $20 fee prior to the final delivery attempt. B
