How do I cancel my order?Updated a month ago


Please note that once our warehouse has prepared an order for shipping, it cannot be canceled. If time allows with the carrier, we may be able to redirect/reroute your package back to our warehouse for a $20 fee prior to the final delivery attempt. Be advised, that once an order is delivered an order can't be cancelled or returned. 

In some instances, a cancellation and refund may be allowed minus ALL shipping charges & reroute charges.  All unauthorized return may be subject to a $30 restocking/return fee.

***During the holiday season due to high volumes, we are unable to process any cancellation requests once an order is placed.

Note: Many states have specific laws about the transfer and shipment of wine. Wines are shipped as quickly as possible and generally leave our warehouse within 2-4 business days of ordering.
