Please note that once an order has been prepared for shipment by our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
If timing allows with the carrier, we may be able to redirect or reroute your package back to our warehouse prior to the final delivery attempt for a $20 fee. Please note that once an order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled or returned.
In certain cases, cancellations and refunds may be processed less all shipping and reroute charges. Unauthorized returns may be subject to a $30 restocking/return fee.
Please note that many states have specific laws regarding the shipment and transfer of wine. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible and generally leave our warehouse within 2–4 business days of purchase.
***During the holiday season, due to increased order volume, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once an order has been placed.
