What should I do if my wine is damaged or broken?Updated 6 days ago

Please contact Customer Service with your email address, order number, and a brief description of the damaged or broken items.

Photos of the damaged product(s) are required in order to review and process replacement requests.

Customers have up to 30 days from the delivery date to submit a claim. Upon review and approval, a replacement order may be issued.
