The carrier will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, your package may be held for pickup at a local FedEx location for approximately 5 days (hold times may vary by location) before being returned to us.

To help avoid missed deliveries, we recommend shipping Star Trek Wines to a valid residential or business address where an adult age 21 or older will be available to receive and sign for the shipment.
