Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible with your email address, order number, and updated shipping address if you need to make a change to your delivery information.
Please note that if your order has already been processed and/or shipped, a $20 redirect fee per package will apply.
If FedEx has reached the third delivery attempt, we may no longer be able to redirect or reroute your shipment.
As an alternative, customers may select a FedEx Hold Location (within our operating states) as their delivery destination for convenient pickup.
For added convenience, we recommend creating a FedEx Delivery Manager account to better track shipments and manage available delivery options.
