How do I change my shipping address?Updated a year ago
Please contact customer service with your email address and order number ASAP with a correct/valid physical address. Be advised that if the order has already processed and/or shipped, there is a $20 redirect fee per package.
Please note if FedEx is in the process of their third delivery attempt, we are not able to redirect/reroute your package(s).
As an alternative, customers may enter a FedEx Hold Location of their choice (within our operating states) as their delivery address for a convenient pick up option.
**In addition, we highly recommend that customers set up a FedEx Ship Manager account via FedEx to better track their packages.
