How can I cancel and/or refund my order?Updated 6 days ago

Please note that once an order has been prepared for shipment by our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

If timing allows with the carrier, we may be able to reroute your package back to our warehouse prior to the final delivery attempt for a $20 reroute/redirect fee. When applicable, cancellations and refunds may be processed less all shipping and reroute charges.

Unauthorized returns may be subject to a $30 restocking/return fee plus the forfeiture of original shipping charges.

Please be advised that many states have specific laws regarding the shipment and transfer of wine. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible and generally leave our warehouse within 2–4 business days of purchase.

*During the holiday season, due to increased order volume, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once an order has been placed.

**The sale and shipment of alcohol are subject to applicable state laws and regulations.
