How can I cancel and/or refund my order?Updated 3 months ago

Please note that once our warehouse has prepared an order for shipping, it cannot be canceled. If time allows with the carrier, we may be able to reroute your package back to our warehouse for a $20 reroute/redirect fee prior to the final delivery attempt. A cancellation and refund may be allowed minus ALL of the shipping charges & reroute charges.  All unauthorized returns may be subject to a $30 restocking/return fee.

In addition, please be advised that many states have specific laws about the transfer and shipment of wine. Wines are shipped as quickly as possible and generally leave our warehouse within 2-4 business days of ordering.

* During the holiday season, due to high volumes, we are unable to process any cancellation requests once an order is placed.

** The sale and shipping of alcohol is subject to state compliance/regulations.
